Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Lynz app, made by Habib Adebisi. By using Lynz you agree to them. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
Using Lynz
You may use Lynz for personal and commercial work, such as recording videos, talks and presentations. Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, to get around usage limits, or to generate content that is illegal, harmful or infringes other people’s rights.
Your content
Your scripts and recordings are yours. You give us only the permission needed to process them to run Lynz (for example, to sync your scripts or send text to the AI features you use). See the Privacy Policy.
AI features
AI-generated scripts and line suggestions are produced automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review them before you use them; you’re responsible for what you publish. Free accounts include a limited number of AI scripts.
Lynz Pro
- Lynz Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Availability
We work to keep Lynz running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. Some features need an internet connection.
Disclaimer and liability
Lynz is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Lynz in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
Ending
You can stop using Lynz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
