Common questions

The script doesn’t move when I talk. Allow Microphone and Speech Recognition for Lynz in the Settings app, then check the speech language (the language button in the prompter) matches the language you’re reading in.

How do I restore Lynz Pro on a new device? Open Lynz → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID you bought it with.

How do I cancel my subscription? In the Settings app, tap your name → Subscriptions → Lynz. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

How do I delete my account? In Lynz, open Settings, tap the options button next to your account, then Delete account. This deletes your account and the scripts synced to it. Scripts saved only on your device stay until you delete the app.
